Heritage Inn was established in May 2005 by a Jamaican Couple, Mark and Viona Davidson. Their initial business venture dates back to the summer of 1992 when they set up the a Takeaway called DJ’s Caribbean at Third Avenue, 616 Harrow Road, London W10. With their vision to expand the operation to a chain of takeaways DJ’s Caribbean Limited now runs a total of 4 outlets. The company also runs a thriving and economical catering service with speciality in Parties, Christenings, Weddings, Work Lunches, Corporate/ Seasonal Events and Funerals. Their accounts include various charities, housing associations, and local council departments. From the wide customer base, suggestions were constantly put forward in regards to the company setting up a central host venue which would combine catering and entertainment. This would ultimately maximise the existing resources of good food, served by friendly staff with a personalised service. In acknowledging the contribution of their customers to their business Mr and Mrs Davidson decided to offer them even more value by responding to their requests. Not daunted by the inevitable pending hard work the couple got to the task in creating an appropriate site. The Heritage Inn, 301 Cricklewood Broadway (formerly known as the Cricklewood Hotel) has a small restaurant which seats up to 30 people and a Function Room upstairs which can seat up to 150. Committed to Caribbean custom, the Rhum Bar and Restaurant now offers a wide range of traditional dishes and drinks which include rum, cocktails and beers. Entertainment includes nights of Revival Music, Soca and Disco. Heritage Inn, though a small family business prides itself on promoting the coming together of the wider family – its customers and friends – in an inviting and warm ambience.
